    These are a limited set of 1938 sets struck in .999 silver in both proof and matte finishes.

    Those coins were made by Gallery Mint. Their initial offering was $38 for the Matte finish coin. The proof sold for $42.

    Have never seen them before. Interesting. They're worth what someone would pay for them.
