Hello, My name is Bandev and I am new to this site. I think this is an excellent site that gives so much insight in to Numismatics. I am fairly new to Coin Collecting as well. Just a couple of questions to start off this: a) Can anyone let me know registered/unregistered Coin Dealers in Kolkata? I want to buy some coins without having to bother about the originality of them. Any Kolkata users over here...any information will be appreciated. b) I have a coin from the old almirah..have not any idea about what it is....the script looks like Old form of Bengali...my guess could be from Cooch Behar/Assam/Tripura...there is a deer engraved on one side. made of Solid silver. I have heard of Gaurinatha Simha of Assam. Could be from that period as well... Any help ???/
