Any Experience with Danny Pfeiffer Rare Coins?

A big eBay seller based in Germany. I usually pay them no mind because of their $25 per coin shipping charge (4 coins = $100). However... they had a Draped Bust LC that I was really keen on so I bit the bullet. Now 31 days later, I have yet to receive the coin. Wrote to them yesterday. No response. Now I'm starting to get annoyed.

Any other experiences out there?
