Long story Short. I went to get fast food. Paid with cash and got change back. I got a 1951 D Nickel in good Shape and new Quarters and dimes in MS condition. So I came across one of the coin and it was an eye appealing especially the word GREAT WIN_20220326_20_01_13_Pro.jpg WIN_20220326_20_01_21_Pro.jpg WIN_20220326_20_04_18_Pro.jpg WIN_20220326_20_06_50_Pro.jpg WIN_20220326_20_07_06_Pro.jpg WIN_20220326_20_07_14_Pro.jpg WIN_20220326_20_07_22_Pro.jpg WIN_20220326_20_08_25_Pro.jpg WIN_20220326_20_10_05_Pro.jpg WIN_20220326_20_12_36_Pro.jpg . This might be a heavy MD but still wanted to get your opinion. Thanks

Chinese food can be high in MSG.. I don't eat it that much.

Your title states Quarter and your showing 2 different denominations mixed together..

    1 coin per thread please.

The S in sand looks like it could be a split serif. But overall Meow would think it is a worn die.

Please tell us where you did your research that helped you determine this could be a doubled die!

Arbie, these newer ones aren't squeezed twice, they're squeezed once. What you're seeing, therefore, is a squeeze that took a hop, leaving a little impression behind. If that turns you on, look it up, see if any experts are calling it a "doubled die." I don't know why a hop in the squeezing of a die would turn anyone on, let alone an expert, but then that's none of my business.

It would be much better if you showed the entire coin. You would have better luck if you searched pre 1982. Thanks for your continued effort the best is yet to come!
