Silver is an investment and rounds or bars seldom have added value over melt. (there are exceptions)
Coins are a collectable and as collectables 99.9999999% of collectors LOSE money in the long run.
If you want to invest buy silver and gold yes. Coins are another story millions of dealers attempt to make it in the coin world every year, most of them fail.
