I would take this coin if the price is right. I love the reverse. If that is a hole you pointed out on the obverse, where does it show on the reverse? I don't see anything.
Many people would buy that and resell dishonestly neglecting to mention the problem. I consider it a beautiful coin but have no idea on price. $50? 1/4 what it would go for without the hole? $9 and a lot uglier on a much more common ruler but still a great reverse: $18 with natural fill dirt and a lot of legend for a Trebonianus Gallus: Do these two mean the coins were $9 each and better dirt was worth an additional $9? The Pius is worth a lot more.

I'll say it again. If this coin's price seems OK to you,you should buy it. It's a nice coin. The price I, or anyone else would pay is inconsequential. It's the worth to you that matters.
