Anti-smoking token?

Anyone know anything about these tokens? I got one today, but I don't know anything about them yet. Anyone?

Thanks Krispy, nothing gets past you!! Awhile back someone had posted a couple of these tokens with the whole explanation of the guy who made them and all the related info. I'll have to run a search when I get home. I think they're worth good money but I got to find the right collector.

 

I thought this looked familiar! I'll give it a look too in the search.
