Another unknown hammered coin (British c1198-1369?)

    This dime sized coin appears to have the Royal Arms of England from the 12th-mid-14th century on it:

    "The arms on the second Great Seal of King Richard the Lionheart, used by his successors until 1340: Gules, three lions passant guardant in pale or (Three golden lions on a red field, representing the ruler of the Kingdom of England, Duchy of Normandy and the Duchy of Aquitaine).[4][5]"

    I would appreciate help narrowing down the date range & possibly id'ing the denomination:

    Yes it is pretty much a brown blur.
