I have another token here that is new to me. Does anyone recognize this one. it is dated 1906 from Milan and has a value of 20 cents on it.Could be from an exposition.
Nice token, yes it from International exposition in Milan in 1906. It look nice in contemporary Italian collection, coins from that time are very attractive.
Krasnaya is correct. The obverse reads International Exposition Milan 1906. Then on the revers it says, from what I can translate: Internal value from exposition / convertible to the bearer in legal money during the exposition. If one of the CT members can read Italian they may be able to give you a better translation of the revers. My translation is from Spanish to English so I may be a bit distorted. That's a very nice token. Lou
That part I would translate a little differently: "Valid inside the exposition (exhibition)". As for the rest, I agree. Christian
