Another unidentified coin... :) Supposedly a Spanish cob?

I bought it in a lot of supposed shipwreck coins... but I've no idea if there's enough information to identify it. I've attached both scans and photos (the photos are at an angle- sorry- but it gets a more close-up view, just in case it's important... though the only thing I seem to recognize is a "RX" and what looks like a "PVS")

I believe it's a Philip IV 1659 4 Maravedis counterstamp on an earlier Philip coin.
