Another strike through grease...

Found today while searching mint sets for Ikes, just happend to catch my eye.....

The coin looks like it may have been struck on the wrong type planchet . Is the reeding on the edge fully struck or is it shallow.

 

Here is a pick of the reeding, i dont know if it is shallow or not? Are you suggesting that it was struck on an improperly prepared planchet???
