Another PCGS grading question

I have a key Lincoln that is graded with the old ANACS Photo card thing from 1981 and it is F12/F12 but has light scratches across the word cent on the reverse. In the photo they show up as sharp pencil marks. It is not mentioned on the card. My question is will PCGS grade it or bag it? What is their tollerance level for damage? There are no other problems with the coin or its color and the scratches are not particularly distracting.

IMHO they would bag it but that might not be the case....can you post photos??

Thanks guys! I'm having trouble finding 5 decent coins to submit to Pcgs. Can the average Joe send just one coin to Anacs or is it more involved like pcgs?

Coldhardcash, you can send just one if you like and they are pretty reasonable on their prices. I send a lot of coins to them.

Don't send them the old ANACS certificate though. :)
