so heavily padded and insured envelope arrives at my door today It's gotta be a fake.... but it's got me fooled at moment God I hate/love my brother lol.... The problem is he is just as likely to send me a real $1k coin as a fake Money don't mean crap to him. He'd do it just to mess with my head (damn all big brothers lol)
Does it have a seam around the edge? I doubt this is one but ya know some of the old electrotypes can be pretty valuable too...
nope, no seam, is not a casting and the only thing I find off is the "thin" leg of the N in united is a little thicker then it appears the 2 good compairson images I have.. While I still expect my brother to tell me it's a copy, it's a darn good one.. then again could be another of Pepe's coins, but he had a fair collection of fakes as well (Pepe collected some odd stuff ) My Feugio is a fake from pepe's collection (he had 3 brother let me have 1)
