i just got back from the movies, and got a $1 bill in change. the right serial # is really low, but not touching the washington d.c. the left serial number is really low, and is touching the signature. the serial number is B1758---9B. the 7 in the serial number is touching the p in the treasurer of the united states signature. its a 2003 series. :rolling:

Not really low enough to be anything special. I think it needs to overlap another printing to be an error

bostonmike you are correct. in order for it to be considered an error there must be what are called "points of contact" between the 3rd print (seals and serial #'s) and portions of the 2nd print (all other print on front) no contact, no error
    I hope this is helpful
