I just listed a note with a minor problem on the reverse. Here's another one with a problem on the reverse.

Easier to spot then the other one but can you find it?

OOOOOOO I think I got IT!!

is it that the number that is supposed to be south east of one, is instead south west of one?

 

monkeyman beat me to it, it's an engraving error where the plate number was engraved in the wrong place.

 

Darn good eye Monkyman!

Usually known as a 129 error and it is an engraving error as Gatzdon pointed out. Here's a blow up of the problem.
