Most of you Coin Talk members and visitors know my main coin collecting interest is "World Silver Coins Dated 1935" (my birthyear). Within my collecting goals are smaller goals. i.e. "Countries." One of those "Countries" is Germany. The collecting goal for Germany has been to own all 12 of the 1935 Silver 5 Reichsmark coins. There are two varieties: Those with the Potsdam Church on the reverse (KM 83) totaling six coins with mint marks A, D, E, F, G and j. Here's a photo courtesy worldcoingallery: http://worldcoingallery.com/countries/coin.php?image=img4/73-83&desc=Third%20Reich%20km83%205%20Reichsmark%20(1934-1935)%20Potsdam%20Garrison%20Church Those with Paul Von Hindenburg on the reverse (KM 86) also totaling six coins w/mint marks A, D, E. F, G and J. Here's a photo courtesy worldcoingallery: http://worldcoingallery.com/countri...eich km86 5 Reichsmark (1935-1936) Hindenburg The KM 86 1935- J has eluded me for over two years (outbid, lost in mail, etc., but an uncirculated (MS60) became available and I just received it in the mail and now that collection within a collection is complete. I hope you don't mind me sharing this accomplishment with you... Clinker
