Not a bad price considering the 40th Anniversary Label. Be careful that you don't try to complete a set with this label. That can get a little pricey. The silver version of this coin could run you upto $75.
I have a few of the kennedys in the signature holders too, I was looking for more of those for my set when I found this one.
I lliterally JUMPED all over those Kennedy Signature slabs when they came out as it gave me the PERFECT excuse for purchasing seemingly common Kennedy Proofs. One seller I worked with listed a PR68DCAM 1970-S in the signature slab in an auction which I won. I goofed up and sent me a PR69DCAM! The collector in me was frothing with joy but my ethical side made me send it back. I still do not have a PR69DCAM 1970-S but managed to ick up both 68-S and 69-S in PR69DCAM. Like the First Strike™ Slab Labels or the American Heros Labels, these signature labels don;t really offer anything other than incentive to buy common proof coins in PR69DCAM. I needed every one of the later Kennedy Years and the label "made me do it!"
I feel the same way about those labels. When the top pop in any of those 70's proofs is less than 100, you know you'd be spending stupid money to get one, IF you could even find one. The nice packaging takes a little off the edge of coming in second.
