    I think that coin just barely misses MS64 and lands at MS63+

    My initial impression is low MS. It has a mediocre luster based on the photos, a fair amount of bag marks, and isn't overly attractive.

    I'm split between 58 and 64. Difficult to discern slight rub on the breast of the eagle. Nice coin though, I'd be happy to have it in my collection.
