I'll go 63 on this one , however you have a vam here as the 1 is repunched the first 8 lower loop has some sort of artifact in it and the 7 looks doubled at the top.

Whats comical is; i wouldnt get offended if somebody said AU 58 on this one...I have argued this before on gtg...... I think it might actually be, i see a lot of rub, I wouldnt call this a weak strike either....That wing tip sorta bothers me.... BUT it has eye appeal and for a philly coin has above average luster so i dont have an issue with this in a choice unc slab......... or is it?....... Big reveal coming up
