i posted a thread a while back and didn't but that persons coins and found this set up for sale and think this is a good price. anyone think it is or isn't. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250791179618&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT
Ask the seller for complete, large, and CLEAR pics of all the coins. I would never spend that much dough on those tiny and fuzzy pics. The seller should know better. They have a rating of only 4, and they are selling high end stuff... Therefore clear and detailed pics are a must. Anything less takes all credibility from the sale IMO. Make the request for large, clear, and complete (obverse/reverse) pics. If the seller doesn't comply, they can't expect someone to come off that kind of dough. Those GSA coins are known to have problems. There are nice ones, but how do you know what you are getting with those pics?
i would never spend that much from a seller with only 4 feedback. especially with those pics they have posted. pass
Are the dang things even in the holders? Pass, move on, sail away......save your money for another day.
I think, if they are genuine GSA Morgans, that price is a bit high, irrespective of the VAMs listed for them. Not only that, but the seller does not mention which TPG has certified the VAM on each, is the seller self attributing the VAM? And as mentioned, I would not buy high valued, which the GSA CC Morgans are, coins from a seller with only 4 feedback, all of which was given to this seller when they bought or won an auction. No feedback about them as a seller.
