Yesterday while making the rounds through the local banks, I found this worn Barber dime in a roll of dimes. While it really doesn't make the "GOOD" grade, the date is a tough semi key.

Was everything in 1895 a semi key? I am wondering if this is a metal, year or denomination issue?

Not all coins minted in 1895 are keys.

    Indian cents are cheap
Liberty nickels are a better date, but not Key.
    Barber Quarter is average
    Barber half is average
    $2.50 gold is average
    $5 gold is average
    $10 gold is average
    $20 gold is average

Only the Barber Dime and Morgan really have a decent premium for the 95 series. Each mint has a bit to offer.
