Wow! Another funky obverse. I am obligated to call it a Zinc claded problem, or I'll be attacked by the village...well, I think they are great people. 20190405_182739.jpg
...but there is an impression on Lincoln's face, again!
I found 5(?) in spare time today.

Cents from mid 1982 until today are Copper Plated Zinc Planchets.. Not zinc clad

Quarters, Dimes and Kennedy Halves are Clad with a copper core.

Your Cent was struck with a worn die..

I'm obligated to tell you that your coin was not struck through any foreign object.

A plus to the previous posters.
One must first understand what a strike through looks like.

Again, a tired worn out over used Die.
