as they all do for this year, sometimes you have to read between the lines, theses are only images showing, sure it looks better in hand, maybe if he didn't take theses images so close, it would look better, but same area where wexler errors are
Looks very similar to WDDR 003 on Wexlers. Hey what's the bottom of the flag look like? As to the look of being flat these new quarters from State Quarters to present have some that look MD but are considered doubled. Very confusing to me
I don't believe it is the 003 on wexlers site. maybe a new variety. black arrows indicate where I have doubling, red arrows indicate where there is doubling on the 003. I have no doubling under flag...but on the bottom left. I don't have the die gouge under the ear or in between the QU. didn't realize those others were on his site. last time I looked it was just the 001.
Well that's cool on the Flag!!!! I like it Well if it doesn't turn out to be MD it very well would be a new variety, neat! Please let us know if and when you get it officially checked.
I agree I am not able to get the best photos with the equipment I have, but where I marked the blue arrows it looks like it has a similar split as the 003. I may have to send this in. fingers crossed.
I'm still not, let me help you take better images, don't lay that coin flat on the table, your images are way out of plumb, take a dixie cup, or something like it, cut the dixie cup, so when your coin lays inside of it, it will site plumb, heres an example see how the date, and letters are upright, and not laying down, or out of plumb
