Was surfin' though just NGC graded coins, looking for a good deal on a proof silver eagle but also at all the other coins listed, found a 2010 quarter with the grade not listed in the title, clicked it, found out in the pictures and description that it was PF-70, book value of $41.25 according to NGC, picked it up for $9.99 with free shipping.

PF70 2010 quarters are worth $40+ ? ..... really? I'm trying to wrap my head around "why", I know that NGC lists that as the value, but would others have paid that price for one?

Yeah, NGC list the price at $40, but if you check eBay, the lowest they go is about $30, but I found one for $25 from a private seller
