Anyone have any experience with this eBay seller? It appears the seller is posting a pic of a small date, yet I doubt that is a pile of small dates, as he delivered a large date. When I emailed him, telling him I received a large date, his only option was to return the coin for a refund, not a replacement coin, indicating he has no small dates. Then his story started changing. First he said he couldn't tell the difference. Then he said his coins were all mixed up (whatever that means). When I told him he shouldn't be selling them if he can't tell the difference, he accussed me of switching the coin.

"One 1970 S Small Date GEM BU Lincoln Cent Penny...These pennies are Very Rare Especially In This GEM BU CONDITION...ONLY ONE I have found in this condition ...The last one I Found I sold at Auction for $72....this penny appears to be a small date...if you don't Believe in your opinion that it is a small date you have 30-days to return for a full refund…"
He even states that it "appears to be"... I think he is a crook, but have never dealt with him.
