I made a $12 offer which was instantly (read pre-set reply) rejected. I wonder whether he'll respond to my seller question:

Of course there is a reason not to report it. The chances of EBay doing anything are too remote to waste the effort!

Did y'all notive the NGC graded 1883 O that was starting at 0.99?

 

I don't think the seller could blame the mintage on a typo so it's an obvious scam. Now that I've pointed out the obvious I'm wondering if he'll relist it?

Might be worth watching as I will waste my time and report it. It does work on rare occasion and those little "victories" always make me feel it's worth it.

Ebay still sucks though for the most part and that part is getting bigger every day.
