This guy is selling 1946 "unminted" Jefferson nickels. I have no idea what that means, unless they don't exist. Then how did he take a picture of them? http://cgi.ebay.com/1946-UNMINTED-J...1QQihZ019QQcategoryZ41088QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem even better: US $15.00 United States UPS Ground Maybe he is hand deliverying them to the buyer for $15.00
I believe that he means coins with no mint marks on them, just bad discription, nothing Brain dead about it.
DeOrc: If you were the only one to figure that one out, then ... sorry, but he is still brain dead. He knew enough to describe another lot: "This is a $2.00 roll of 1937 P minted Buffalo head nickels with an Indian head on the reverse side. " To use the P for Philly. But he can't tell obverse from reverse.
What you mean you coundnt understand it? personaly I thought it was fairly obviouse after all you cant take pics of coins that dont exist, so if we remove that possibility then, it leaves coins with no mint mark!! quite ellementry my dear Frank LOL
I agree. I mean, he made up his own numismatic term, 'unminted' meaning it has no mint mark. Next thing you know, he'll add it to wikipedia, and then post a link to it on here!
dopeuser I am shocked that you would even think such a thing Kage Sama afraid they are on vacation this week
