His job is not even that good. I mean usually you can get a few nice hues from AT, but his are like a few different shades of blue. The coin above is just blue and purple. I will call it the "smurf half" .

There's a ton of coin doctors on ebay, no surprise there. The seller you linked is really lousy at it to boot. The only way we can do something against these idiots is to expose them when possible, don't buy any coins from them even if they are not toned and give em' a piece of your mind if you are able.
