Well since nobody has replied, I'll stick my neck out. I have numerous examples such as your 1965.
Most of mine are 1971, 72, 74 and 1968D Kennedys. Most likely it is machine doubling and not worth any premium. I am saving mine anyway.
Maybe someone else with more knowledge will speak up.

 

Thanks for the reply Victor i actually found 3 from this roll but this one was the best. I plan on keeping mine to, if nothing else they are a good conversation piece
