It does seem like 2009 lincoln commemerative MS-70 on the left IS slightly rotated approx. 8* CW doesn't it. But I really think the coin was installed incorrectly. Have to compare very closely. Hope my scanner shots are good enough to do this. Opinions please. zeke

the left coin is installed a little off, but not to cause the rotation on the reverse. Not sure if the rotation is enough to be worth extra to a buyer... but stil a nice find on a commem coin.

Would it detract from it's ms-70 grade?

I was thinking along the lines of it being a faulty(?) coin and that I should have returned it. But then again I hear some collectors go in for unique coins. Personally I'm very happy with it and will keep it as long as I can. Also, as you stated and I agree, that it's a very very small degree of rotation. I just thought that any coin graded a 70 would be perfect like the other one is that I have. So what's the difference between 69.999 and 70, anyhow? Thanks, zeke.:high5:
