there are probably quite a few different doubled die reverse coins and in the center of the coin is where the doubling is a lot of times on our newer coins because of the single squeeze die making process.
Yes, and yes... there are a LOT of these with minor doubling that are quite easy to find, particularly late 90's-mid 2000's. This one appears relatively strong compared to many others, and even if not valuable, if you enjoy searching, I am sure they can be fun to find.
