That one looks much better than the last one, but the lack of luster suggest a strong dipping, although it could simply be the scan/photo. In any event, I grade the coin AU 58...Mike
I would say off the top of my head MS60, the strike looks weak but there arent many visible scratches and I can only see a little wear on the highest points.

As soon as I saw the white insert, I suspected you had found an NGC in MS 62-23 for us. Good one! It really goes to show that grading a coin, particularly an AU/MS slider, is practically impossible with only scans, only marginally easier with a good photo, and is best done with the coin in hand...Mike
