Anniversary Silver Eagles

    I've recently noticed an increase in 2010 silver eagles graded MS70 (NGC) with the NGC early release AND 25th Anniversary certification. Am I missing something? If my math is right 1986 (first issue) to 2010 is 24 years.

    If you include 1986 and 2010 in your count it is 25 years.
