I bought a coin in a junkbox for 25p (40 USc). It looks like aged silver and is distinctly medieval in appearance: though unlike anything I've seen before.

The obverse has an angel clutching flower in his right hand and what looks like a comet in his left hand. The obverse legend reads "Vubse diob6 iveoroc visx"?

The reverse has a shield with fleur de lis, 3 bars, 3 bends & a lion rampant? .The legend reads "Donubrua Bevonev Bvotervi" (All 'N's retrograde).

Googling 'angel and flowers' I got a storyrding Clovis, king of the Merovingian Franks, but nothing further. Any obsevations will be gratefully received. I'll be surpised and impressed if anyone can take my research forward!
