Android app to apply "circle crop" to pictures?

Photograde is an awesome free tool that, among other things, allows you to crop pictures so that only the coin remains. But it is only for desktops/laptops/certain tablets.

Does anyone know of any Android apps that do this?

I found one called Shape'd. There appear to be quite a few on Google Play.

 

Huh. I half assumed that Googling "android circle crop" would yield more results about crop circles.

 

LOL. I thought the same thing.

BTW, "Shape'd" sucks. I can't even find where to make circle-shaped crops. Tried another one and couldn't change the size of the circle.

Anyone have any others that work?

Now I understand...

While not familiar with any of the free editing programs for computers, I believe photoshop offers an inexpensive android app. Now if it offers the cropping options you seek I do not know, but might be worth looking into.
