    This is an extremely rare coin in proof like format with the matte unc.s fairly scarce but not nearly so. I submitted it with the thought it would come back "Unc Details" corroded, but no it came back from PCG- in PL67 whilst the Malta matte unc. 1976FM 25 Cents came back "Cleaned" - which IMHO was not at all. Additionally there were NO fingerprints on the obverse from this coin that had been carefully removed from a set....See second pictures...

    Is this the way they normally look, the reverse die looks like it was changed. The obv is a much later die stage.

    Possibly although in hand they didn't look much different - die state - and only 100 or so actually struck in any case. I also graded the one dollar and five dollar coins from this set as they looked to be changing in the OGP holder after 48 years!
