Ancients & Worlds => NFL Elimination Pool (With lotsa coins, coins, coins)

Hello "playas" ... welcome!!

a) all you have to do is pick the winner of "one" of the weekly games (listed below) ...

b) if the team you picked loses, then you are "out" (bubbye!!) ...

c) if the team that you picked happens to win, then you are still alive and you get to pick a winner in next week's games ...

d) however, once you've picked a winning team, then you cannot pick this team again (ever again) => it has done it's job for you, but it is now out of your bullpen ...

e) so, it is not always the best idea to pick all of the best teams right away, for you'll probably need them as the season goes on (ummm, but who am I to give strategy => Bing won the pool last year!!)

WINNER => is the last man standing!!

PRIZE => big-time pride!! (plus, every one of the losing contestants should send a donation-coin to the winner) ... last year I sent a $3 Canadian coin to Bing (the pool consisted of a mix of modern and ancient dudes) ... hey, this is "not" supposed to be a betting-pool, so there are no rules on your donation to the winner ...

=> it's more about "wearing the championship belt"!!! ... ummm, and learning more about coins!!

NOTE => if you enter, then you're in!! (have some skin in the game!!)

FINAL RULE => you must also post a photo of one of your "lucky coins" when you post your weekly pick (hey, this is a coin thread, brothers!!)

=> the more the merrier, so I hope to see all of our ancient buddies posting their lucky coins and taking a stab at staying alive in this years's "Ancient-n-World-NFL-Coin-Pool"

=> since there are now Thursday Night Games (life is good), your picks must be posted before the Thursday Night Game (even if you are picking a Sunday or Monday Game)

FINAL ANSWER => "ALL" picks must be posted prior to the start of the Thursday Game!!

Sorry, but there is a history of previous contests ending with multitude of pages threatening all sorts of things because so and so didn't pay up, and blaming the forum for not punishing/banning so and so, etc. Thus Doug's rules.

Steve, I will contribute $20 USD towards the contests cost to you if you want to run it. So it can't be considered influencing, I will not enter it myself.

 

Can i donate a prize, shipping, insurance,for this game open to all forum members( me too), to the person that picks each week without a loss or tie. if two do tie we could use a point system for the final game???
