Yah, I am currently between purchases (ummm, I'm on a bit of a coin-break) ...

So, I was tryin' to think of a cool pile-on-thread ... I thought this might be a cool enough idea?

    ... anyway ... give it a whirl

Gotta go with Athena as well, although lately I've grown fond of Arethusa.

We were asked for two so I'll show the twins Apollo and Artemis (AKA, in Latin, Diana). Apollo, who is unusual among the gods in that he has the same name in Greek and in Latin, is on many more coins than his sister. Apollo also comes in many varieties including my personal favorite Apollo Sauroktonos (Lizard slayer).

On this Sauroktonos of Septimius from Nikopolis, Apollo plans to throw a dart at the lizard climbing up the branch.

On the Geta also of Nikopolis, he prepares to grab the lizard with his hand. In both cases Apollo stabilizes the branch with the other hand and poses with his legs crossed. The type copies a statue by Praxiteles. Both of my coins made the Google page:

The Gordian III is from Hadrianopolis but is another pose.

This Commodus as has yet another pose...

...as does this Septimius of the Alexandria mint.

I believe the last appearance of Apollo is on this Anonymous Pagan issue c.311 AD.

I don't have many coins with Artemis. This Diadumenian of Nikopolis shows the huntress with hound.

This Laodicea denarius of Julia Domna shows Diana as the bringer of light. In addition to her torch, she wears the moon on her shoulders.

    ... anyway ... I'm lovin' your Hades & Aphrodite choices ...

    Hmmm, I'm a bit confused?

=> ummm, maybe I made the instructions a bit too complicated?

So yah, everybody can post one or two of their coins ... as long as they have a God/Goddess/Deity on it ...

Ummm => how fricken difficult is that? ... c'mon soldiers, you can do this!!
