    That looks like a Lucius Verus afro to me. I can't remember the reverse off the top of my head.

    I think it looks more like Aelius. Perhaps this coin?

    The Hadrian and this coin came from a lot I bought at auction eons ago......I've only just found the bag, mostly Hadrians. They are all going on fleabay, but I needed ID first, so thanks guys.
