Found this at the bank in the coin counting machine discharge. Obviously a copy (the initials give it away), but what is it suppose to be? Thanks. OK, it looks like this site keeps shrinking down my images, so here is a link to the photobuck picture (HOW do I get photobucket image to post right in my post like others??????). bob http://s917.photobucket.com/albums/ad15/bobbeth87/?action=view¤t=IMG_0933.jpg
It's of the emperor Vespasian...sorry, but I am too lazy to do more than that right now..lol stainless
It's supposed to be a denarius of the Emperor Vespasian. IIRC the heads on the reverse are Titus and Domitian. As for Photobucket. Look where it says "Share this image". The bottom link says IMG code. Copy and paste that into your post and it will post the image.
Your link is broken...so I can't read your reverse legend...prolly this though: http://www.forumancientcoins.com/ca...5&fld=http://www.forumancientcoins.com/Coins/ stainless
WRL (Westair Reproductions Limited) is found stamped on copies sold of important coin types at UK museum giftshops. You sometimes see coins with a scraped pit where their stamp once rested.
