    Uh-oh ... it's Crispus (*awkward*)

=> Dad and Minervina's kid => Dad's disappointment (accused of attempted rape, involving his step-mom, Fausta)

=> yup, that'll cost ya => put to death!!

Here's where my family tree stands to date. It is sort of like Days of Our Lives, except people get boiled to death.

Okay, what could go wrong if I marry Fausta ... ummm, well other than having to kill Crispus?

Bring-on the youngest son from Dad & Fausta => Constans

    Constans AE3
    Siscia Mint 337-350 AD
Obverse: D N CONSTANS P F AVG, pearl diademed draped and cuirassed bust right
Reverse: FEL TEMP REPARATIO, Phoenix radiate, standing on rocky mound, (Gamma)SIS and symbol in exergue
    RIC VIII: 241
    Size: 19mm, 2.36g
Choice EF detail! This is a rare type where the Phoenix (a symbol of being re-born) is standing atop a rocky mound. It is not recorded historically exactly what the symbology of this coin is. Sharply and fully struck with beautiful EF detail!

Hmmm? => Yah, maybe that Constantine-I coin isn't one of my best, "but" all three of those campgates have "doors", so I was kinda pleased with dem ... ummm, but I'll try a bit harder next time, my young brother!!

Nice coins Jerry. Hard to compete with the quality of your Constantine family coins. Like John said, add some of the women so you can have the whole dysfunctional family together. Can you imagine being born into a family of this nature? But then again, I guess they were the product of their times, eh?

Well then, it seems like the middle brother, Constantius-II, was the only level-headed one in the bunch, right? ....... well, there was this other tidbit that I forgot to mention a while back ...

=> whoa ... man, you wouldn't have wanted to tangle with any of the CONST-bros!!

Thanks for the coin-compliments, guys ... it was fun and gratifying trying to piece together this family album (you're right => I should try to snag a few of the CONST-Ladies)

    I meant to say:

It's not as stunning as the rest!

I do like them all ;)

    Btw, I believe I saw some fitting female Constantine's on G&N, V-Coins.

Also at G&N is one of the rarer Constantines...

This family is so misunderstood. All they need is consuling and a bit of therapy and they will be just jolly. Nice thread.
