Ancient Roman Coins

  1. I just got these ancient Roman coins and was wondering if anyone has information on these coins. If anyone can identify them please let me know in the comments below.

    Those are in pretty rough shape its hard to tell. Somebody else around here will probably be able to help. #3 could be a roman follis of valens. but idk.

    is #4 maybe one of these? ( follis of constantine)

    The last one looks to be Tetricus.
     
  7. The reverse is the same, but the bust on the obverse is facing the opposite way This is a reply to Iameatingjam

    it's Magnentius, similar to this one; though I can't make out mintmark.

    1. Honorius large-module majorina (Gloria Romanorvm reverse)

    2. Constantius AE4 II Fel Temp Reparatio, fallen horseman.

    3. Valens AE4 , VICTORIA AVGG

    4. Magnentius majorina

    5. Augustus provincial bronze (Iberia? Colonia Patricia? need reverse)

    6. Tetricus I antoninianus. Need reverse.

    Mintmark would be the letters on the bottom of the reverse.

    Might be a Q in exergue, pointing to Aquileia mint.

    ..i'd just have to say they are LRB's(late Roman bronzes) ...kool tho, that's the 1st ancient coins i started with...welcome to the club! :)

    Hard to tell from a picture, but I think #3 is a Georgicus Washingtonius.
