My brother bought this last year and we haven't taken the time to figure out what it was or when it was made. All I know about it is that it is Roman. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can make out "CONST" on the obverse, so might be Constantine or
    one of his family.

Yeah it says CONSTANTINE on the obverse and CONSERVATORI and XIII on the reverse. When would that be from?

Looks like one of the Constantine the Great "IOVI CONSERVATORI" coins

How big is it in mm?
The mint name is at the bottom and I can not read it.
"SMANT" would be Antioch, and so on.

    Have a look at:

    Here's a similar one (RIC VII 7):

You're right on. It says IOVI CONSERVATORI and SMANT at the bottom. So when is it from?

The Wildwinds link above can tell you when it was made.

RIC VII (Antioch) #16 was struck AD 315-316 so #15 was probably at the same time.
