Wow, cool addition ... man, first you bought a Byzantine example and now you've ventured into medieval waters!! (you fricken rock, my 2015 gutsy-friend) Ummm, I admit that I have a Carolingian coin which is from the 800's AD ... ... and then I started collecting a few Italian coins from Lorraine, but that wasn't until 1300's ... => Yah so basically, I have a blind-spot for your cool new coin which happens to land in between my two sweet Medieval adventures ... ahahaha => hey, not hat you expected to get any relevant coin-info from me, right? (*whateva*) => again, very cool and adventurous purchase (old dog and all => you rock)
If I were separating things, I would combing Ancients and hand struck medievals in one group and machine made coins in the other.
