Ancient ID

    Today I found 12 ancient coin. Little help for ID.

    First Is Silver unfortunately is broken
    2g 20mm

    Second could be marcus aurelius on back is holding some flag with letters PAS
    17g 27 mm

    Next is silver. Who is emperor on coin. On back is " founder plowing"yesterday we talk about that
    3g 16mm

    Doug, I was just reading your Caracalla or Elagabalus page and browsing Wildwinds when you posted. :) I hadn't yet figured out which it was since they both have this legend on the reverse.

    Please show me a Caracalla with Antonini on the reverse. In any event, the obverse legend is an Elagabalus.

    I didn't seen an example of the coin but was going from the list of Caracalla reverse inscriptions as reported in ERIC (Reverse 147).

    Looks like Doug nailed it to me...but the highly worn, circulated and environmentally damaged bearded examples easily resemble each other...ie. Antonius Pius etc......
