Hello. This ancient Greek bronze weighs 9 g. On the obverse , I can guess it's a Seleucid
Emperor since the coin belongs to the same hoard. The reverse seems interesting with an elephant and Greek lettering. Please help me better identify this coin. Thanks.. Eleph Gr.jpg Eleph Gr R.jpg

It is Seleucid indeed. The name of the king (which should be familiar now) is above the elephant. His epithet and second name is below it. I think you might be able to read it yourself. To help here another one where the largest part of the name is well readable.

Antio over elephant.. Dionus and Ano under . That's for your coin.
What is that symbol to the right of reverse on mine ?
    Thanks. Charles

Looks like a cornucopia to me. Much like this much larger version on the reverse of my coin:

Cool find, 7C => wow, are you finding all of these coins, or buying them?

    I have a similar example ...

    Antiochos VI, AE22
    Dionysos & Elephant
    145-142 BC

I actually have two examples ... both are Antiochos VI, AE22

... I bought a lot which contained a handful of Antiochos elephants and owls (that was back in my earlier experimental coin-daze)

Hi. I appreciate your concern brother S6. I'm buying these coins from someone who is finding them. He showed me a bag with hundreds of these. As you know, I'm neither rich nor expert. I just have the will. Your assistance in verifying the authenticity and determining the approximate value have been of tremendous help to me. Hope we could keep on that way Lol..
By the way ,how much could you guess the value of my coin above. Thanks ... Charles
