The obverse looks like a Second Jewish war shekel, but I do not recognize the reverse. Btw Ruben, are you ever going to buy Hendin? You seem to like these coins, and I believe you would love the historical background and writeups in the book on the culture and history associated with these coins.
Sorry, I had to run out of the house so I didn't have a chance to give a more detailed response. Your right, I need to get a Hendin book eventually and an Overton and a Krause probably. When I was at the show, I finally got to look at the Yuhad Coinage and I was very surprised that despite that these things can cost 2,000 dollars and yet are smaller than the flecks of gold I see people pan handling out of Cripple Creek in Colorado in their spare time. They are not very exciting despite being historical confirmation of the first Jewish exile.
Yes, Yehud are small, miserable little coins for the most part. I find all Jewish coinage not terribly exciting as coins go. If they were coins for another culture, one not as important and as well known, I doubt they would bring very much money at all. As it is, because of their importance we know a lot more about them then most other small culture coins. So, your original coin, unless I found something further I would suspect cast counterfeit. I sure as heck wouldn't buy it unless I could find it in Hendin or Meshorer or SNG ANS 6. I can pull those three out tonight and check if you like.

Being overstruck on Roman denarii makes these things a bit of a mess. Certainly it is still possible that the coin is a fake but that is not suggested from the photo. People don't buy these for their beauty but, rather, for the historical and ethnic connections.

No but I just checked out Abafil trays and I love them! I don't have one but I'm going to order one today. All of my Judaean coins that are not NGC slabbed (I have a lot of those) are in tackle boxes.

I've never knew what they were called—also, Ive never had so many unslabbed coins on hand before. In the past I would send them off to NGC for certification and encapsulation as soon as I received them from my coin dealers. I'm not slabbing my coins anymore so I need a nice way to display them.

No offense taken! I have two collections one slabbed and one for handling. I think that I would not use holders. Blue would be appropriate for Judaean coins. The Abafil trays are nice. The problem that I can see with them however is that I would not be able to eat or sleep until filled every slot with a different coin. Red would be good for Roman coins.
