ANACS PhotoCertificate type 4.5??? (Type 4 + a ruler)

    Any thoughts? Conder, the book has ANACS4 without the ruler and then ANACS5 with the ruler but the backside of the sticker is a lot larger...

    Yes that is ANACS 4.5 I had not seen one of those when the book was published. The first one showed up a little over two years ago at of all places an EAC convention. Yours is the third one I've seen now. I don't have my notes here with me but I think yours may be the earliest dated of the three.
