Probably old new, But I just noticed this message on the ANACS web-site and figured I'd post it here just in case anyone has a stach of printed submission forms they use to submit coins without stopping by the ANACS site......................

ANACS, America’s oldest grading service, announced today that it is relocating its staff and offices to Austin, Texas. On April 2, 2006 ANACS will be moving from Dublin, Ohio to a modern, high-rise office building in the center of Austin’s high-tech district. The state-of-the-art facility more than doubles the size of the grading firm’s space and offers significant room for future expansion.

Anyone who is sending coins to ANACS by registered mail or UPS, should ship their coins to the new address starting on March 20.

Anyone who is using Fed Ex or Express Mail should call ANACS at 800-888-1861 to get the street address.

When a company relocates this far, one can assume that they are losing a significant portion of the old staff. So there is also the question of how it will affect the business and their credibility.

True. It does say that all of their graders are going with them. Hopefully those guys will get their heads screwed on straight when they get down to old Texas.

I wonder why the move? Is it because of lower taxes and ease of regulations? Why Austin, TX over Ohio? Are you going to tell me that there were no places to move in Ohio that could have fulfilled all of their needs?
