Is the ANA Counterfeit Detection book good? Please give opinions on what are the best counterfeit detection books on the market. I am mainly looking for a book the shows the obverse and reverse of genuine coins.

    Thanks,
    Richard

The ANA book would be a good one. Anything published by the ANA is usually a must have. There are also a few other books that I would recommend.....And they can be bought here at this site....

Just remember, the counterfeiters are constantly at work.
By the time the book is published, the info is a year or two out of date.
Get something like a subscription to Coin World or some other weekly publication.
    And keep reading in here.
